UKCO 2022 Abstract Submissions

Present your latest clinical and non-clinical research by submitting an abstract to UKCO 2022. Some abstracts will be selected for oral presentation during the Congress symposia and posters (traditional A0 and e-posters) will be an important part of UKCO 2022. There will be facilitated oral abstract sessions on both days of the congress. Awards will be given to the best abstract and best poster. All abstracts must use person-first language (e.g. people living with obesity).

We strongly encourage the sharing of innovative practice, service development and new initiatives. Abstracts detailing design, implementation or evaluation would be very welcome and we have a dedicated Practitioner Showcase session for these abstracts. Please tick the ‘Practitioner Showcase’ box during abstract submission.

If your abstract is based on work completed as part of a thesis, you can enter the 3-minute thesis competition. Abstracts will be selected for a 3-minute oral presentation with the ‘winner’ awarded complimentary registration to UKCO 2023. Please tick the ‘3-minute thesis’ box during your abstract submission.
