EASO’s 28th annual European Congress on Obesity, #ECO2021, will be held online from 10-13 May 2021. ECO2021 will be co-hosted by SEEDO, the Spanish Association for the Study of Obesity, and EASO is very grateful to Spanish colleagues who have been instrumental in developing the interactive 2021 programme, originally due to take place in Malaga.
EASO looks forward to welcoming colleagues from every area of obesity research, prevention and management for a truly interactive international congress.
EASO will develop a congress structure that will allow delegates to interact as much as possible with presenters, so we will have plenary discussion sessions, teaching workshops, case study discussions and moderated e-poster sessions. Programme topics will be organised into four main areas of ‘Basic Science’; ‘Behavioural and Public Health’; ‘Childhood and Adolescent Obesity’; and ‘Management and Intervention’.
