Become an ASO COM
Thank you for submitting your ASO Centre for Obesity Management (COM) Application.

How your data will be used
If approved, the following information will be made public on the ASO website in our COMs Directory:
- Centre name
- Centre contact details (address, email, phone and website)
- Centre profile
- Lead contact person’s name and role
Contact details of the lead contact will remain private and are collected so we can communicate with you as the lead contact for the centre.
If the COM is not approved, no data will be made public and will only be used by ASO to communicate with you about the application.
Eligibility Criteria
The lead contact for your COMs is required to be a Full ASO member.
Membership
Membership is open to obesity researchers, healthcare professionals, clinicians, academics, scientists, and students who are working and/or studying in the field of obesity and to others who have a particular interest in this area.
Student membership with ASO is only £30 annually and there are so many benefits. There has never been a better time to join!
ASO Networks
In addition to UKCO, we have ASO network meetings across the UK in order to meet the ASO mission and objectives.
Meetings are hare organised locally with support from the ASO Networks Lead.
