Rhea Malhotra is currently pursuing her masters in Obesity and Clinical Nutrition at University College London, upon completing her undergrad in Nutritional Sciences at King’s.
Rhea’s dissertation was based on a real-time clinical trial investigating the effects of a novel collagen supplement and its effects on glycaemic control and appetite in individuals living with obesity which she assisted in. She is interested in the complex aetiology of the condition, which allows it to easily be misunderstood and is passionate about bridging the gap between societal perception and scientific understanding of this condition.
Rhea is a Communications Intern for the Association for the Study of Obesity.
