Dr Jordan Marwood

Dr Jordan Marwood is a postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Obesity Institute at Leeds Beckett University. Her research focuses on evaluating public health interventions for obesity and on the roles of emotional and disordered eating in obesity. Her background in eating disorder and addiction research and transition to the field of obesity/weight management further highlighted the lack of collaboration and integration between these fields, a topic which is frequently raised by people with lived experience. Jordan continues to explore this important area in her research, alongside other recent projects such as an OHID funded examination of the current use of and demand for psychological support within Tier 2 weight management, and the NIHR funded Re:Mission and ENHANCE evaluations.
