Corinne is a third-year PhD researcher at the University of Salford, examining how empowerment is understood and experienced by adults living with obesity within weight-management settings. She brings over ten years of professional experience from tier 2 and tier 3 weight-management programmes, including the operational management of a large specialist tier 3 service across Greater Manchester. Alongside her academic work, Corinne serves as a Board Trustee for Healthwatch Salford, supporting efforts to amplify the voices of patients and the public across health and social care services.
