Terms and Conditions

• Delegate places at this event are limited and offered on a first-come, first served basis and are offered free of charge

• We are able to offer this meeting to you free of charge due to the generosity of the sponsors. The costs to run this event are considerable and as such we ask that if you need to cancel you please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer your place to someone else.

• ASO reserves the right to alter the programme without prior notice.

• In the event that the meeting is cancelled or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of ASO, ASO shall not be liable for any loss, cost or expense howsoever arising.

• Delegates are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance cover.

• All delegates attending the event must comply with relevant current government guidance at the time of the event. Delegates are asked to take all possible precautions against spreading infection through the wearing of masks and frequent hand washing. Delegates are asked to take a lateral flow test prior to attending the conference. Delegates are asked to advise the event team if they test positive for COVID-19.
